6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on our website and in our courses, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, videos, course materials, and software, is owned by Varizutonsu Drawing Academy or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6.2 Limited License to Users

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our content solely for personal, educational purposes. You may not:

8. Refunds and Cancellations

8.1 Refund Policy

Our refund policy varies by course type and circumstances:

Full Refund (100%):

  • Cancellation within 48 hours of enrolment (cooling-off period)
  • Course cancellation by the Academy
  • Significant course changes that alter the fundamental nature of the course

Partial Refund (50%):

  • Cancellation more than 7 days before course start date
  • Medical or emergency circumstances (with documentation)

No Refund:

  • Cancellation less than 7 days before course start
  • After course has commenced
  • Violations of terms of service

8.2 Transfer Policy

Course transfers to alternative dates or courses may be permitted subject to:

  • Availability in the desired course
  • Request made at least 7 days before original course start
  • Payment of any price difference
  • One transfer per enrolment

8.3 Exceptional Circumstances

In cases of serious illness, family emergency, or other exceptional circumstances, we may consider refunds or transfers outside our standard policy on a case-by-case basis.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 Service Disclaimer

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding:

  • The quality, accuracy, or completeness of our content
